Individuals, partnerships and corporations which provide or offer products or services to organizations that would be classified as active members. In order to maintain the focus of the Forum on issues and concerns of the Active members, our Associate membership is limited to a number equal to two times the number of Active members. Additionally, each Associate Member organization is limited to two representatives.
Associate Members are accepted on a yearly basis, with renewing Associate Members afforded the first opportunity to become Associate Members in any given year. Renewing applications for Associate membership will be accepted without a nomination by an Active Member. New applications for Associate membership will be accepted by the Forum as space becomes available and when accompanied by a nomination from an Active member.
